  • All pre‑orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • This guarantees your reservation and helps us secure stock from suppliers.

 

3. Estimated Release Dates

  • Release dates are provided by manufacturers or distributors.
  • These dates may change due to production delays, shipping issues, or supplier updates.
  • KādoKura is not responsible for delays caused by third‑party suppliers.

 

4. Shipping of Pre‑Orders

  • Pre‑orders are shipped once the product is officially released and we receive it.
  • If your order contains both pre‑order and in‑stock items, they may be shipped together unless separate shipping is selected.

 

5. Delays & Stock Allocation

In rare cases, suppliers may allocate limited quantities.
If we receive fewer units than expected:

  • Orders will be fulfilled in the order they were placed.
  • Unfulfilled orders will receive a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Pre‑orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • This is because we commit to supplier orders based on your reservation.
  • Only if the product is discontinued or unavailable will we issue a refund.

 

7. Price Changes

If the market price changes before release:

  • Your pre‑order price remains locked at the time of purchase.
  • No additional charges or refunds will be applied.

 

8. Damaged or Incorrect Pre‑Order Items

If your pre‑order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with proof.
We will assist with a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
