Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales are final.
However, we will assist you if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival
  • The product received is incorrect
  • The sealed packaging is visibly compromised

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.

 

3. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Opened booster packs or boxes
  • Cards removed from original packaging
  • Mystery boxes
  • Pre‑orders once processed
  • Items damaged due to customer handling

 

4. Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable

 

5. Replacements

If stock is available, we will send a replacement.
If not, a refund or store credit will be issued.

 

6. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.
